The CECC/UG MUAHAG (Military Usage and Harmonization Advisory Group) has promoted the use of the CECC system for the procurement of electronic components for military applications by: - formulating procedures for the choice and procurement of electronic components; - preparing lists of preferred components for military usage; - receiving reports from national military procurement agencies on their experience of implementation of the CECC system; - providing feedback to the appropriate CECC WGs on any shortcomings observed in CECC specifications, or in the national or international implementation of the CECC system.
