Cartilage Regeneration System
CaReS (Cartilage Regeneration System) consists in an autologous chondrocyte transplantation in a collagen gel designed for the regeneration of articular cartilage. It is based on preculturing techniques on biomaterials in gels for maintaining the chondrocytic function of the cells and allowing a more controlled dispersion of the chondrocytes throughout the cartilage defect.
