Irrigation Company for the Upper Regions

The Irrigation Company for the Upper Regions (ICOUR) has been established by the Government of Ghana (GOG) to promote the production of food crops by small-scale farmers within organized and managed irrigation schemes, with the objectives of improving food security and increasing incomes.
